I would say that the work environment is very toxic since there are times were it is chaotic and down times where there is nothing to do and get yelled at by managers for not doing anything. The only thing that kept me working there was coworkers that were cool and became good friends. There is no clear organization in operations and communications are very poor. Nepotism is very clear as they have formed a group of some of the staff that has been there a while and it feels concerning that wronging someone in that group will have an effect to how the managers treat you. When it comes to the staff they are rude and don't really care. To customers they are how you would expect them to be, courteous and understanding. Managers are very young and incompetent when situations arise with staff.
